摘要
利用皮埃蒙特肉牛冷冻精液进行人工授精 ,改良西门塔尔杂种母牛的杂交试验结果表明 :皮埃蒙特杂种后代犊牛初生重公母分别为 42 0kg和 38 4kg ,断奶重1 80 75kg ,1 8月龄平均活重 51 2 6kg ,屠宰率 54%,全程平均日增重 0 96kg ,饲料转化率为 4 1∶1 ,皮埃蒙特改良当地牛难产率低 ,犊牛抗病力强 ,生长快 ,肉质好。
The results of crossbreeding experiment aimed at improving the production performance of crossbred Simmental cows using frozen semen of Piedmont beef showed that average birth weight of male and female Piedmont crossbreds was 42 0 kg and 38 4 kg, mean weaning weight, 18-month body weight, dressing percentage, average daily gain and feed conversion rate were 180 8 kg, 512 6 kg, 54%, 960 g and 4 1:1, respectively, the low dystocia rate was observed in Piedmont mated native cows, crossbred calves demonstrated a good ability of disease resistance, fast growth and development and desirable meat quality
