摘要
长期以来,电能计量器具的检定工作都采用传统的手工方式进行,工作效率低,运营成本高,且检定质量与工作人员的技术水平密切相关,难以保证检定标准和检定结果的高度一致,难以满足国网公司用电信息采集系统建设和智能电能表快速推广应用的更高要求。为了解决这些问题,天津电力公司开发了单、三相电能表的自动化检定系统,以消除人为和地域因素引起的检定质量差异,有效提高检定、配送工作效率和计量管理水平,实现省级计量检定整体授权,增强公司系统计量工作的管控力和影响力。
