摘要
在不同光周期 (0 L:2 4 D、6 L:18D、12 L:12 D、18L:6 D和 2 4 L:0 D)下培养河北大清河盐场的卤虫 ,结果表明 :卤虫的摄食率有随着光周期的缩短而下降的趋势。大清河盐场的卤虫在不同光周期下的生长速度无显著差异 ,但成活率差异显著 ,6 L:18D组的成活率最高。建议在短光周期下培养卤虫。
The brine shrimps ( Artemia sp. ) were reared in artificial seawater ( temperature 25±1℃, density 1.020 g/ml ) under five different photoperiods ( 0L :24D、6L:18D、12L:12D、18L:6D and ( 24L:0D ) in laboratory. The light intensity was 700 lx. The results indicate that feeding with microalgae ( Isochrysis galbana ), the feeding ratio of Artemia sp. is correlated with photoperiod . The longer the photoperiod, the larger the feeding rate is. The growth of the Artemia is not significantly affected by photoperiod. But photoperiod significantly affects the survival of the Artemia. The survival relations between different photoperiods are 6L: 18>0L: 24D>12L:12D>18L: 6D>24L:0D while the survival rate of 6L:18D is the highest.
