摘要
目的 :为一些牙缺失而不具备金瓷冠桥修复条件的患者创造有利条件 ,使其缺失的牙得到功能和美观的恢复。方法 :随机选择就诊病例 2 0例 ,对其进行相应的正畸治疗和金瓷冠桥修复。结果 :所有病例正畸和修复都达到了预期效果 ,成功率 10 0 %。结论 :正畸治疗是某些牙缺失患者修复前治疗中不可缺少的手段。
Objective: To use fixed orthodontic treatment to create favorable conditions for PFM restoration in patients with tooth loss and malocclusal deformity so that they can get satisfactory appearance and function. Methods: Twenty indicative patients were randomly selected from the clinic. All cases received corresponding orthodontic treatment and PFM restoration. Results: Both orthodontic and prosthetic treatment achieved anticipated effects in all cases, with a successful rate of 100%. Conclusion: Orthodontic treatment plays an indispensable role in some patients with tooth loss before prosthetic management.
