本文简要介绍了动物细胞培养的发展过程 ,并详述了动物细胞的贴壁培养法、悬浮培养法和几种较常用的大规模培养法 ,如空心纤维法、微囊法、微载体法等。同时较详尽地介绍了其在生命科学领域中的应用情况。
