摘要
目的探讨配合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的护理方法及效果。方法对接受蓝光治疗的150例黄疸新生儿给予积极护理措施。结果其中128例黄疸完全消退且血清胆红素也下降到正常水平,其余的22例效果也比较显著,血清胆红素几乎接近正常水平,在持续治疗1周内全部恢复正常,总有效率100%。结论蓝光照射是治疗新生儿黄疸的重要方法,配合蓝光治疗给予精心护理是实现理想疗效的重要保障。
Objective To evaluate the effect and nursing methods with Blu-ray irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods To give a positive nursing measures of 150 cases of neonatal jaundice treated with blue treatment. Results 128 cases of jaundice subsided completely and serum bilirubin was decreased to normal level, 22cases were significantly, serum bilirubin almost normal, in the continuous treatment 1 weeks all returned to normal, the total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion The blue light is an important method in the treatment of neonatal jaundice, with Blu-ray treatment given careful nursing is an important guarantee to achieve ideal curative effect.
