摘要
目的 探讨艾宾浩斯(Ebbinghaus)遗忘曲线在医学影像诊断学课程教学中的应用.方法 根据遗忘曲线理论,对医学影像诊断学课程骨关节系统的授课方法进行调整,通过期末测试成绩评价其教学效果.结果 各系统的得分率总体均数有差异(P=0.000),骨关节系统的得分率最高,为(79±10)%,与呼吸系统、神经系统、头颈五官、消化系统及泌尿生殖系统得分率的差异均有统计学意义(P值均为0.000),但与循环系统得分率的差异无统计学意义(P=0.116).结论 重视艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线理论,积极调整教学方法,将在一定程度上提高高等医学教育的教学质量.
Objective To study the value of Ebbinghaus forgetting curve in the teaching of Medical imaging diagnosis.Methods The teaching method of bone and joint system was adjusted basing on forgetting curve.The teaching effects was evaluated by the end of term examination.Results The scores among systems were significant different (P =0.000).The highest score was bone and joint system,(79±10)%. It's higher than respiratory,nerve,head and neck,digestive and urinary systems(P=0.000).But the scores were no significant difference between bone and joint system and circulation system(P =0.116).Conclusion The quality of higher medical education could be improved by adjusting teaching ways actively under the theory of Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.
