1病例摘要
患者33岁，孕1产1，因“下腹隐痛2月，发现盆腔包块6d”于2011年6月22日入住大冶中医院。患者入院前2个月出现下腹隐痛，呈间断性，可以耐受。无月经紊乱，无腹胀，无尿频，无尿急及其他症状，一直未治疗。
Objective To summarize the individual nursing experience of elderly patients before and after ERCP,to decrease the complication happen. Methods Summarized the clinical individual observation and nursing experience of 50 elderly patients older than 70 years with multi organs illness before and after ERCP. Results Individual nursing is helpful to decrease the complication after ERCP happen . Conclusion clinical observation and individual nursing of elderly patients after ERCP are necessary.
