摘要
为了突破油罐大型化发展中因钢板使用厚度带来的限制,国内提出液力平衡式新型油罐的概念。针对这一结构,采用API650标准中的变点法进行罐壁厚度设计计算与探讨。并利用有限元模拟方法进一步分析平衡液高度对油罐的影响,结果可知,平衡液高度对罐壁设计厚度和罐体应力分布有明显影响。得出在钢板使用厚度允许范围内,平衡液高度并不是越高越好,平衡液高度取主罐壁设计液位的一半最为合理。
In order to break through during the development of large-scale oil tank for steel plates with thickness of restrictions, the concept of hydraulic balanced new tanks was put forward. According to this structure, appling the API650 standard variable point method, the tank wall thickness is designed and explored. Furthermore, the influence of the equilibrium liquid level were studied taking advantage of the finite element simulation method. The analysis shows that the equilibrium liquid level influences greatly on design thickness of the tank wall and tank stress distribution. According to the permitted uses the steel plate thickness, for half of the design level of main tank wall is the most reasonable for the equilibrium liquid level.
