摘要
目的:分析探讨不同切除术式对乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果。方法:选取我院就诊并进行治疗的乳腺纤维瘤患者84例,随机将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予传统开放手术切口术式,观察组患者给予乳晕边缘切口术式,分别分析两组患者手术时间和平均出血量、临床治疗效果及术后并发症的情况。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患者手术时间和平均出血量明显减少,双乳对称、乳晕正常、切口甲级愈合比例均明显增高,发生感染、血红、瘀斑等并发症的发生率明显降低,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳晕边缘切口术式可以有效减轻患者痛苦,并发症少,安全性高,同时可以满足女性对美观的要求,具有显著的临床效果。
Objective： Analysis and explore the clinical effects of different resection types on breast fibroids.Methods： Select 84 patients of breast fibroids during the period in our hospital,randomized patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with traditional open incision surgerytype,and the observation group was treated with the the areola edge of the incision technique,analysis the operation time of the two groups of patients,and the average amount of bleeding,clinical outcomes and postoperative complications.Results： Compare to the control group,the operation time of the observation group and the average amount of bleeding was significantly reduced,breasts symmetrical normal areola incision the Grade healing proportion was significantly higher,significantly reduce the incidence of complications of infection,blood red,petechiae,The significant difference statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： The edge of the areola incision technique can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients,with few complications,high security,meet the female aesthetic requirements,have a significant clinical effect.
