摘要
目的观察脊柱定点旋转复位法治疗骨化型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对186例骨化型腰椎间盘突出症采用脊柱定点旋转复位法手法治疗,采用数字疼痛评定量表以及临床症状体征的改善程度等方法,观察手法治疗前的临床表现,评价手法治疗后的临床疗效。结果临床治愈169例,好转16例,无效1例,临床治愈率90.9%。结论骨化型腰椎间盘突出症可以用脊柱定点旋转复位法手法治疗。
Objective To discuss the effects of manipulative orthopedic treatment on calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 186 patients with calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated with manipulative orthope- dic treatment. The outcomes were evaluated by means of numeric rating scale and the improvements in symptom and sign. Results The patients who gained clinical cure accounted for 90.9% （ n = 169）, 4 cases were improved and 1 case failed. Conclusion It is suggested that manipulative orthopedic treatment is effective on calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
