Research on IPTV Video Quality Control and Evaluation Method

摘要 视频质量是IPTV服务的关键,其好坏直接决定了IPTV业务的服务质量。本文首先介绍了视频质量测评模型的分类,之后分别针对几类测评模型的应用分析其国内外发展现状。同时,详细描述了IPTV用户体验质量(QoE)的基本概念以及IPTV中影响QoE的因子。最后提出现有IPTV质量测评模型的不足及发展研究方向。 IPTV program quality evaluation needs to consider many factors such as video content quality, network quality and user experience. IPTV QoE's basic concept and factors are described in this paper. It provides ideas for comprehensive evaluation of IPTV program quality.
