摘要
设计技术交底是桥梁设计转入施工阶段的关键连接环节,结合我国既有的项目管理模式,对既有桥梁技术交底中存在的问题进行分析与思考,并提出对现有技术交底流程的优化建议,供业界同行参考。
Design technical exchange is key link in bridge design transferred to the construction phase, combined with our existing project management, analysis and reflection on the problems in the existing bridges technical exchange, this paper is to propose some suggestions that can make the technical exchange more successfully for the reference of the peers.
