摘要
运用图像处理技术,设计了PCB板线路检测系统.采用Labview语言编写了图像预处理、阈值分割、形态学滤波、缺陷识别等程序模块,并针对PCB图像特点,根据线路缺陷的特征,构建了一个能够分析和识别PCB线路断路、短路、缺损和毛刺等缺陷的PCB板线路检测系统.实验结果表明,该检测系统能够比较好地识别PCB板线路缺陷,且算法操作简单,有广泛的应用前景.
Based on the technology of image processing, PCB detection system has been designed . Image Pre - processing, threshold segmentation, morphological operation, detecting defects algorithm are realized by labview. According to PCB image specialty and the characteristics of the circuit line on PCB, the system can be established which can detected and recognized short circuit, open circuit, concavity and protuberance on PCB effectively . The experiment shows, the algorithm's operation is simple and the system can accurately detect defects in a PCB and has extensive application prospects.
