甲磺酸双氢麦角碱保护MECT治疗对精神分裂症患者认知损害的研究

摘要 无抽搐电痉挛治疗（MECT）是在传统电痉挛（ECT）基础上，经过技术改良，利用现代麻醉技术，让患者在安睡和肌肉完全松弛的状态下，接受电痉挛的一门技术，是目前广泛应用于精神医学界的物理治疗手段之一。近年来，对于MECT对脑组织的损害，尤其是对认知功能的损害至今还存在一些争议。本研究利用甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱，观察其对MECT所致认知能力改变的保护作用，为寻找到可以用来降低MECT认知方面副作用的药物提供临床依据。
