摘要
为促进患者手术安全,世界卫生组织制定了手术安全核对表,并从2008年6月25日起向全球推广。北京协和医院麻醉科于同年即将核对表介绍到国内,并于2009年2月起开始实施手术安全核对制度。在正式实施已满3周年之际,对手术安全核对制度目前的执行情况进行了评估,结果提示目前手术安全核对制度在实施的过程中尚存在诸多有待改善的不规范情况。
In order to improve surgical safety, World Health Organization （WHO） developed WHO surgical checklist and introduced it from June 25th, 2008. The department of anesthesia in Peking Union Medical College Hospital introduced the WHO checklist into China in the same year, and implemented it since Feb 2009. By the third anniversary of the implementation, the current performance of operation safety checklist is evaluated. It is far from perfection and needs to be improved.
