摘要
目的 :探索氯唑沙宗具有工业生产价值新的合成路线。方法 :本合成法以对氯苯酚苯胺为原料 ,经重氮化 ,偶合 ,连二亚硫酸钠反应得邻氨基对氯苯酚 ,继在醋酸丁酯中环合 ,即得氯唑沙宗。结果 :总收率69 .76% ,产品质量符合USPXXⅡ。结论 :该路线原料价廉易得 ,工艺简单 ,具有工业生产价值。
Objective:To explore the new synthetic route of chlorzoxaone,which is of the value in the industrial production.Methods:P-Chlorophenal was used as the raw material which reacted with sodium hydrosulfite by diazotozating,coupling and reducing reactions to form 2_amino_4_chorophenal,then chlorzoxaone was synthesed cyclinzing in n_butylacetate.Results:The total yield was 69.76%,and the quality of the products was according with USPXX II.Conclusion:This synthetic route is simple,it is easy to obtain raw materials,and it is of the value in the industrial production. [
