上坪银矿1#矿井通风系统阻力测定及分析 被引量:2

摘要 为全面了解上坪银矿1#矿井的通风系统现状,掌握该矿井井下通风系统阻力的分布规律,明确通风系统中存在的问题,进而为矿井通风管理和通风系统优化提供必要的基础数据和技术参数,采用气压计基点测定法对上坪银矿1#矿井进行了通风系统阻力测定,对测定结果进行了分析,并提出了合理化建议.分析结果表明:上坪银矿1#矿井总风阻为0.699 N·s2/m8;进风段、用风段、回风段通风阻力占总阻力的比例分别为18.70%,44.05%,37.25%;总等积孔为1.42 m2;矿井通风难易程度为中等.经计算,通风阻力测定的相对误差为4.39%,其精度符合要求,该测定结果可以作为矿井安全设施竣工验收、通风系统改造、优化和管理的依据. In order to comprehensively find out the current ventilation system of Shangping silver ore 1 # mine, grasp the ventilation resistance distribution situation of the whole mine, clarify the problems existing in ventilation system and provide the essential basic data and technical parameters for the ventilation system management and optimization, the base point measuring method of barometer is used to measure the ventilation resistance of Shangping silver ore 1 # mine, and reasonable proposal is provided after the analysis of measured results. Results show that the total air resistance is 0.699 N ~ s2/m8, the ventilation resistance of the air income section, applied section and return section is individually taken 18.70%, 44.05%, and 37.25% of the total resistance respectively. 1.42 m2, and the mine ventilation difficult degree is medium.
