摘要
通过针对锚杆预紧的2种方式建立相应的力学模型进行分析,再通过计算对锚杆预紧装置与减摩垫片进行比较,最后通过比较的结果讨论锚杆预紧装置与减摩垫片的适用预紧力范围.主要解决的问题是锚杆预紧装置和减摩垫片相对螺母的摩擦力的受力方式及大小的计算,以及相对公式的比较.此锚杆预紧装置将通过机械摩擦中滑动摩擦与滚动摩擦的力学原理,对锚杆进行更有效的张拉与扭转,提供锚杆更大的初锚力.应用力学模型研究锚杆预紧装置相对螺母在预紧初期的摩擦阻力,是简单且有效提升预紧力的途径.
In today' s coal enterprises, the deficiency of pre - tightening force is the primary handicap that hinders the security of anchor - plate retaining in underground mining. So it is very important to shed enough attention to the study of bolt preloading. This paper firstly creates the corresponding mechanical model to analyze two different ways of bolt preloading, and then calculates and compares the antifriction coefficient of bolt pre - tightening device and anti - friction gasket, finally probes into the apphcable range of pre - tightening force with pre - tightening device and anti - friction gasket used. In addition, it applies mechanical model to study initial friction drag in bolt pre -tightening device, which is an easy and efficient way available to improve pre -tightening force.
