摘要
目的 :通过中西医结合治疗使盆腔炎性包块好转消失。方法 :西医、抗菌素、中药、方药口服、中药保留灌肠、中药腹部外敷。结果 :16例临床治愈 15例 ,治愈率达 93.7% ,有效率 10 0 %。结论 :盆腔炎性包块是内生殖器周围炎、结缔组织增生 ,形成的炎性肿块 ,抗生素不易进入 ,而且易产生耐药性 ,故认为中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎性包块的理想治疗方法 ,价廉方便 ,又易被患者接受。
Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]Pelvic inflammatory mass were improved,resolved by traditional chinese medicine and western medicion.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]To give antibiotics,the traditional chinese medicine orally,retention enema,abdominal compress.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]15 cases were cured in 16 cases,cure tate was 93.7%,effective rate was 100%,[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Pelvic inflammatory mass were result of internal genital inflammation,or perigenital inflammation,connective tissue proliferated,to keep effective concentration of antibiotics were difficult,more resistant bacteria were in the mass,so treatment of combination of traditional chinese medicine,western medicine is cheaper and convenient,suitable to popular patients.[WT5HZ]
