摘要
受世界经济形势的影响,保险业的竞争已经是愈加激烈,人才的竞争日趋白日化。民族保险企业要增强核心竞争力,提高保险业经济效益,拥有高素质的人才队伍至关重要。众所周知,人才队伍的建设是要靠留住人才、培育人才、引进人才三条渠道加以维护。作者通过对当前中国保险企业教育培训问题的分析,提出了强化保险企业内部的教育培训管理、加快国际化保险人才培养步伐、建立从业人员专业技术资格能力标准等有效手段,构建保险企业教育培训工作新机制的思路。
Under the influence of the world economic situation, the competition of insurance industry is becoming increasing severe, with the competition of talents almost reaching its climax. To enhance its core com petition, improve its economic benefits, it is of great important for the national insurance enterprises to possess a talents team with high quality. It is well known that the building of a talents team is achieved by keeping, train ing and importing talents. Through analysing the problems existing in the current educational training in insur ance industry, the author proposes the following suggestions to construct a new thought of insurance training mechanism, i.e. to enhance the management of internal training, speed up the training of international insurance talents, construct the competence standards for the insurance emDlovees' aualifi^tinn~
