摘要
曲柄连杆机构是内能源转管武器的重要驱动机构。以曲柄连杆机构参数为优化变量建立了优化设计数学模型。运用复合形法,经过优化计算求得的曲柄连杆机构参数提高了内能源转管自动机运动的平稳性。该方法对研究曲柄连杆机构的结构参数设计具有较普遍的适用性。
The crank mechanism is the important driving mechanism in the internally-powered Gatling weapon. The mathematical model of the crank mechanism for optimal design is built up by taking the parameters of crank mechanism as the variants. Using the parameters acquired from optimal calculation based on complex method improves the moving stability of the automatic mechanism of internally-powered Gatling weapon. The method is applicable to the structural parameter design of the crank linkage mechanism.
