摘要
以90kg级结构钢为目标,研究了不同回火加热温度和不同回火保温时间对组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明:回火加热温度对试验钢的组织及力学性能的影响较大,回火保温时间对力学性能具有一定的影响。当回火保温时间在15—60min之间,各项力学性能变化较小。因此,在回火工艺中有效控制回火温度和回火保温时间有利于得到稳定的组织及性能。
The paper studies the effect of different tempering temperatures and different tempering time on the microstruc- ture and property of 90 kg grade steel. The results show that tempering temperature affects the microstructure and me- chanical property greatly, while tempering holding time only has certain effect . When the tempering holding time is from 15 to 60 mins, the mechanical properties change less. Therefore, controlling the tempering temperature and tempe- ring time are helpful to stabilize the microstructure and property.
