摘要
目的检测感染性心内膜炎患者血液中的变异链球菌,探讨两者之间的关系。方法提取26名感染性心内膜炎患者和14名正常人血液样本中的细菌DNA,进行变异链球菌特异性及细菌通用引物PCR扩增。结果 26份感染性心内膜炎患者血液中变异链球菌检出率为34.6%,大于正常组患者中的检出率(p<0.05);其他细菌检出率为92.3%,与正常人群无差别(p>0.05)。结论感染性心内膜炎患者血液中存在着大量的细菌,其发病与变异链球菌有关。
Objective To detect the Streptococcus mutans in the blood of patients with infectived endocardi- tis and explore the relationship between the Streptococcus mutans and the disease. Methods Bacteria DNA was extracted from 26 infective endocarditis patients and 14 healthy controls. Streptococcus mutans and bacterial 16Sr - DNA was detected by PCR. Results The detection rate of Streptococcus mutans in 26 patients with infective endocar- ditis is 34. 6%, it is greater than those in the14 healthy control （p 〈0. 05） ; The detection rate of bacterial 16Sr - DNA has no difference between the two group peoples （p 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There are a lot of bacteria in the blood of patients with infective endocarditis but its pathogenesis may be associated with Streptococcus mutans.
