摘要
针对我国国企改革这一重大战略举措 ,从发展企业集团应建立现代企业制度 ;生产经营和资本经营并举 ;政府推动与市场推动相统一以及资产尽快向优秀企业家集中 4个方面进行了论述。
This paper aims at the important strategic measure of state enterprises reform and discusses from 4 aspects that modern enterprise system should be built, producing management and capital management are equally important, government push should be consistent with market push, capital fund should be amassed to the excellent enterpriser as quickly as possible in developing enterprise groups.
