临床路径式健康教育在少数民族食管癌患者中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨临床路径式健康教育在少数民族食管癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取住院并手术治疗的维吾尔族和哈萨克族食管癌患者160例,分为实验组(76例)和对照组(84例)。对实验组应用少数民族语言版本的临床路径式健康教育,对照组使用常规临床路径式健康教育。结果实验组疾病知识掌握程度、满意度和合作程度高于对照组,实验组并发症发生率及住院天数均少于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施少数民族语言版本的临床路径式健康教育对维吾尔族和哈萨克族患者疾病知识掌握程度、满意度、合作程度、并发症及住院天数具有重要作用,值得在少数民族食管癌患者中推广。 Objective To explore the application and effects of health education pathway in minority patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 160 Uygur and Kazak esophageal cancer inpatients were randomly divided into the control group (84 cases) and the experimental group (76 cases).The experimental group were treated with clinical pathway based health education of minority version mady by consulting nursing and clinical specialists of ethnic minorities,while the control group were treated with conventional clinical pathway based health education.Results Disease knowledge,satisfaction degree and cooperation degree in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the incidence of complications and hospitalization days in the experimental group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathway based health education of minority version for Uygur and Kazak patients can improve their disease knowledge,satisfaction and cooperation degree,reduce complications and lengths of hospitalization,and is worthy to be popularized in esophageal cancer patients of ethnic minorities.
