摘要
公立医院改革体现着政府的职能,倍受社会关注。公立医院应最大化地向社会展示自身的形象,应用SWOT分析法做好宣传策划,针对自身的优势(Strength)和劣势(Weakness),以及面临的机会(Opportunity)和威胁(Threat),较客观而准确地分析和研究现实情况,科学地将宣传战略与医院内部资源及外部环境有机结合起来,与竞争对手的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行比较,制定出切合公立医院发展的宣传策略。
The public hospitals reform reflected the government's functions which caught the attention of society. Public hospitals should maximize their own image to the whole society, do propaganda planning by SWOT. The public hospitals should analyze and study on the current situation objectively and accurately, scientifically combine the communication strategy with hospital internal resources and external environment by its strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Comparing with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of competitors, and developing a propaganda planning for public hospital development.
