摘要
针对单悬臂蜗壳离心压缩机结构特点和实际安装工艺难点,进行了深入分析,找出了影响安装质量的不合理因素,提出了具体解决方案。最终实现了成功安装,并提高了产品安装的质量和效率。
Aiming at the structure features and actual installation single process difficuties of cantilever volute centrifugal compressor, this paper has deeply analyzed the unreasonable factors affecting installation quality and pointed out concrete solving scheme. Finally, the the installation is sucessfully implemented and the installation quality and efficiency are improved.
