摘要
本文认为云南省提出的建设绿色经济强省的设想和规划是云南改革开放和现代化建设迈向新的重要历史时期的重大战略抉择。这个战略抉择 ,勇于开拓创新 ,符合云南实际 ,是云南在 2 1世纪初期经济社会发展的基本思路。这个战略抉择具有鲜明的时代特征。它将对云南省乃至中国 2 1世纪的区域分工格局和经济社会发展产生深远的影响。
This paper believes that the conception and plan that Yunnan province has put forward for province wide work on a green economy is an important strategic choice. Yunnan is entering a new important historical period for the reform, development and modernization of the Province. This strategic choice conforms to the current conditions in Yunnan, and bravely brings forth new ideas. It is the basic ideology behind the province's social and economic development in the first part of the 21st century. This strategic choice possesses the characteristics of a brilliant new era. It will even produce a profound effect on the pattern of the division of labour and economic and social development throughout China in the 21st century.
