摘要
目的 为人工种植牙的即刻种植选择适合的骨代用材料。方法 选用HA喷涂钛芯种植体 16颗 ,在狗的下颌牙拔除之后即刻植入 ,同时在种植体周围的骨缺损处分别填塞四种不同的生物降解高分子材料 ,两种以TCP为主 ,两种以HA为主。另有两颗种植体周围未放任何材料作为空白对照。观察期为 3个月和 6个月。结果 通过不脱钙骨块切片的光镜观察和透射电镜组织学观察 ,以及定量组织学分析 ,以TCP为主的复合材料优于以HA为主的复合材料。结论 该骨代用材料在生物体内能被吸收并诱发新骨形成 。
Objective To select proper bone substitute for immediate dental implant.Methods Sixteen hydroxyapatite (HA) coated titanium implants were placed in 4 dogs.Four different biodegradable composites were separately filled in bone defect around the implants,which were inserted into fresh extraction sockets.Two biomaterials are composed of tri-calcium phosphate (TCP) and others are HA mainly.Two sites without biomaterids served as coutrol.All specimens were reserved for histological evaluation under transmission electron microscope and under light microscope on the sections with non-decalcified and decalcified bone.The histomorphometric analysis was carried out.Results The composites that were mainly composed of TCP were better than HA.Conclusion These composites can be absorbed and accelerate new bone formation,and show very good osseointegration with dental implant.
