摘要
采用时序建模的方法对汽车变速箱齿轮进行 AR谱分析 ,通过与传统功率谱分析比较看出 ,时序分析在谱分析中有较好的性能 ,在故障诊断中具有良好的应用前景。
The time series modeling with spectral analysis is a new technology by which the dynamic data are analyzed and processed. The gear fault diagnosis of a gearbox is studied with time series method in this paper. Firstly, the gear acceleration signal is picked up and analyzed with time series and the series model parameters are gained which contain much information of states. Then the AR spectrum is gained with these series model parameters. By comparison of the AR spectrums, these states of gear can be determined. This method was proved effective by identifying the two states of gear and could be applied in the gear fault diagnosis of gearbox. In comparison with the analysis of power spectrum, we found that the analysis of time series has better capability in the spectrum analysis and may have wider application in fault diagnosis.
