摘要
本文介绍了作者采用氧化亚铁硫杆菌对纯铁矿物进行微生物氧化的研究成果。研究成果表明,黄铁矿在室温为 30℃左右,粒度为- 0.045mm,矿浆浓度为 0.5%,矿浆中起始 Fe2+浓度为 2.01g/L,矿浆起始 pH值为 4的条件下,氧化 28d,氧化率达 95.58%。
In this psper,Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(i.e.T.ferrooxidans)was used in pyrite bioleaching.The experiments showed that in the conditions of initial CFe2+ =2.01g/L, initial ph=4.0,Cpulp=0.5% ,the particle size of pyrite is- 0.045mm in pulp,95.58% pyrite was oxidized after bioleaching by T.ferrooxidans for 28days at 30℃ .
