摘要
开放大学的课程建设是教学的基础性工作,它直接关系着学校办学的社会影响力和经济效益。课程建设涉及多个部门,应将课程建设作为一个工作项目,进行高效的计划、组织、指导和控制,实现课程建设的全过程动态管理和目标综合协调与优化,同时,必须采用一个统一、规范的工作流程进行质量管理,保证课程建设的顺利完成。
Course construction of Open University is the basic work of teaching, which is directly related to the social influence and the economic benefits of the school. As the course construction involves couples of departments, it should be arranged, or- ganized, guided and controlled as a project in order to realize the dynamic management of the whole process and the goal coordi- nation and optimization. At the same time, a unified and normative workflow should be adopted to ensure the fulfillment of course construction.
