介绍一种利用微机控制定时、计数的方式 ,测定风杯转速由一种稳定状态跃变到另一种稳定状态变化过程中每转一周所需时间T ,从而简单方便地实现了风杯动态特性参数的测定。
The rotation velocity of the wind cup from one stable condition to another one is measured with the timely counting style by the PC. This enables the measurement of the dynamic characteristic parameter of the wind cup simple and convenient.
