摘要
海南"新型城镇化"是以城乡一体、谐调发展、节约集约、生态宜居为基本特征的城镇化。人文海南、生态海南、风情海南,是美丽海南的具体形态。海南在推动新型城镇化过程中需要巨大投资。创新城镇化建设投融资渠道和模式,建立粤琼金融合作创新与新型城镇化相适应的投融资体系是海南省新型城镇化体制改革创新的重要组成部分。
The aim of the ＂New Urbanization＂ of Hainan is to build a beautiful and sustainable province.This urbanization has key characteristics such as urban-rural integration,harmony development,saving and intensive utilization and ecological livability.This new urbanization process requires a huge investment as well as innovative investment channels and modes.The Guangdong-Hainan financial cooperation and the financial system reform are the key components of Hainan urbanization innovative reform.
