摘要
目的：了解烤瓷粘结桥修复治疗中影响疗效的因素。方法：对２８２例烤瓷粘结桥修复三年后的临床疗效进行分析。结果：有５％的烤瓷粘结桥修复失败，其主要原因是松动脱落，其次为瓷崩和基牙病变等。结论：提高烤瓷粘结桥的修复质量，需严格把握适应症和牙体预备时增加辅助固位形，同时优质粘结剂和酸蚀技术的合理应用也起重要作用。
Objective Study evaluated the effective factors of Metal-Porcelain bridge in Prosthesis. Methods: Clinically analysis to 282 Patients Who treated with metal-porcelain adhesive bridge following three years. Results: Failures such as loose. broken and base-tooth defected occurred for 5% of patients restoration. Conclusions:Satisfac- tory results were attributed to the indication of prosthesis, supplementary retention form in tooth preparing, high-qual- ity bonding agents and performing etching on surface of tooth.
