摘要
目的 :研究全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)对舌癌细胞株的体外抗增殖作用。方法 :经不同浓度全反式维甲酸 (10 - 7~ 10 - 5 mol/ L)处理舌癌细胞株后 ,应用流式细胞仪检测舌癌细胞细胞周期变化。结果 :舌癌细胞株经 10 - 7~ 10 - 5mol/ L全反式维甲酸处理 1~ 6 d后 ,G1 / Go 期比率呈上升趋势 ,S期和 G2 + M期比率呈下降趋势 ,与对照组相比 ,经全反式维甲酸处理 3d和 6 d的细胞 ,其 G1 / Go 期比率明显上升 (P<0 .0 1) ,G2 + M期比率和 S期比率明显下降 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :ATRA可抑制舌癌细胞的 DNA合成 ,改变舌癌细胞增殖动力学 。
objective:To study the anti proliferative activity of all trans retinoic acid(ATRA) against human tongue carcinoma cell in vitro .Methods:Human tongue carcinoma cells were treated by various concentrations of ATRA(10 7 ~10 5 mol/L).Flow cytometry was used to analyse the cell cycle distribution.Results:At day 3 and 6 after treatment with ATRA,the proportion of cells in S phase and G 2+M phase decreased( P <0.01),that in G 1/G 0 phase increased ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Proliferation of human tongue carcinoma cell can be inhibited by ATRA at 10 7 ~10 5 mol/L.
