高房价背景下农民工居住空间的分异——以长沙市为例 被引量:17

摘要 经验证据表明,高房价背景下,经济因素已成为农民工居住空间决策的首要考虑因素。通过进一步的调查与访谈发现,房价大幅攀升已导致在城农民工居住空间分异并呈加强的趋势,表现为其居住区位向城郊边缘分离,和城市居民相较其居住形态呈"极化"倾向,与周边市民的居住隔离正在发展。指出纾缓农民工居住空间分异、促进农民工的城市适应及与城市居民的融合是一项长期的工作,需多方协同发力。 The empirical evidence suggests that under the background of the high house prices,economic factors have become the primary consideration in decision-making by the urban migrant workers.Through further investigation and interviews,it is found that the sharply rising house prices have already led to differentiation and showed a strengthening trend in urban migrant workers’living space: Residential location has moved to the suburban edge.Compare with urban residents’living form it presents"polarization"tendency.It is a long-term work to facilitate migrant workers’living space differentiation,and promote migrant workers’urban adaptation and integration of urban residents.Multi-policies should be adopted.
