摘要
焦作作为资源型缺水城市,水资源短缺已成为制约城市社会经济发展的瓶颈。南水北调工程的实施,将缓解焦作市日益紧张的用水矛盾,将会给焦作带来巨大的生态环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。针对目前焦作市在水资源利用方面存在的问题,提出了焦作市在南水北调后的水资源可持续利用对策。
Jiaozuo is one of the cities which are lacking of water resources.The shortage of water resources has become the bottleneck of the development of social economy.South to North Water Transfer Project in Jiaozuo will alleviate the increasingly tense water contradiction and bring out a huge ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.Based on the analysis of the current utilization of water resources in Jiaozuo city,this essay puts forward countermeasures of sustainable utilization of water resources.
