摘要
根据海水冷却系统金属材料的服役工况条件以及电化学腐蚀测试的基本原理和试验方法,研制了一台三电极海水腐蚀模拟试验装置,以此装置对碳钢在海水和2倍浓缩海水中的腐蚀行为进行了测试。结果显示:该装置可自动控温,流速连续无级可调,可同时实现腐蚀失重与各种电化学联机测试,结构简单、操作方便、经济实用,是研究流动冷却海水体系中金属腐蚀规律和机理以及寻求有效防腐蚀途径的可靠试验装置。
A three-electrode simulation test device for study of seawater corrosion was designed and constructed in relation to the working condition of metals used in seawater cooling system and the basic principle and methods for electrochemical corrosion test. As-developed test rig was performed to evaluate the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in routine seawater and concentrated seawater( the concentration was doubled). Results indicated that as developed test device could control temperature automatically, adjust flow rate continuously,and monitor corrosion weight-loss as well as various electrochemical properties. Besides,the test device was simple in structure and easy to operate as well as economical and practical,providing a reliable test rig for studying the rule and mechanism of metal corrosion and seeking effective anti-corrosion means in flowing seawater cooling systems.
