基于正交试验的筒形件旋压工艺优化设计 被引量:9

Optimization design of cylinder spinning technology based on orthogonal experiment

摘要 为了研究不同旋压工艺参数对筒形件成形精度和旋压力的影响,采用正交优化设计方法确定了试验方案,并利用Simufact有限元软件进行仿真。分析了进给比、轴向进给速度、旋轮工作角和工作圆弧半径对筒形件精度及旋压力的影响,并对影响旋压质量的工艺参数敏感度做了排序。确定了某Φ30mm不锈钢筒形件的最优化工艺参数组合,即进给比S为0.6mm.r-1,旋轮工作角αR为22°,工作圆弧半径ρ为6mm,旋轮直径DR50mm。 In order to study the impact of the different spinning process parameters on the cylindrical molding accuracy and spin pressure,the orthogonal test design method was used to confirm the experiment scheme which was simulated by Simufact finite element software.The influences of the feed ratio,the axial feed velocity,the spinning wheel angles and the working radius on the cylindrical forming accuracy and spin pressure were analyzed,and the parameters’ sensitiveness on spinning quality was ranked.The optimal combination of process parameters for Φ30 mm stainless steel tube was determined that the feeding ratios S is 0.6 mm·r-1,the axial feeding velocity αR is 22°,the spinning wheel angles ρ is 6 mm and the working radius DR is 50 mm.
