挤压轮转速对异型铜管连续挤压影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过建立异型铜管连续挤压数值模拟模型,采用Deform软件,获得不同挤压轮转速下金属连续挤压成形过程中的温度场、应力场、应变场、金属流动规律以及挤压轮扭距的分布情况。通过对模拟结果及数据进行系统的分析,确定挤压轮转速对金属连续挤压成形过程的影响,为进一步进行异型铜管材连续挤压实验提供基本数据和理论依据。 The temperature field,stress field,strain field,metal flow pattern as well as torque of metal continuous extrusion forming process at the different wheel angular velocities were obtained through establishing the numerical simulation model of continuous extrusion for special shaped copper tube using Deform software.Through systematic analysis,the simulation results and the data,the influence of the different wheel angular velocities to continuous extrusion forming process was determined in order to provide basic data and theoretical basis for further experiments of continuous extrusion for special shaped copper tube.
