摘要
利用有限元及曲率分析技术研究汽车门外板件回弹后造成的表面畸变问题。首先基于商业软件Pamstamp进行门外板成形分析和回弹分析。其次截取回弹后的门外板门把手处网格的截面线,计算截面线各点曲率。依据曲率分析结果,可显示出门外板面畸变位于曲率变化较大区域,与实际零件的面畸变区域对比,仿真结果能较好的吻合。最后讨论了工艺参数对表面畸变的影响及变化规律。
The finite element and curvature analysis technology was used to study the surface defect in auto outer door panel caused by springback.First,the commercial software pamstamp was employed for the forming simulation and the springback calculation.Second,the cross-sections of the model were extracted,and the curvature of each point was calculated.According to the analysis of curvature,the surface defect was located in the place where curvature dramatically changed.Compared with the actual panel shape,the simulated result has predicted the areas of defects.Finally,the influence of process parameters on the surface defect was discussed.
