摘要
研究了 0°切和 45°切 Ce:Ba Ti O3晶体的受激光折变散射自泵浦相位共轭 (SPS- SPPC)特性 ,获得的最大共轭光反射率分别为 6 7%和 80 %。比较了两种样品内部光路形成的特点 ,实验结果表明 ,45°切样品不仅具有更高的反射率 ,而且入射角在较大范围内都能获得较高的共轭光反射率。对此作了理论分析。
The characteristics of stimulated phot orefractive scattering self-pumped phase conjugator (SPS-SPPC) in different cu t type Ce-doped Ce:BaTiO 3 were investigated The maximum of the phase conjugt ion reflectivity attains 67 % and 80 % in the 0°-cut and 45°-cu t sample,respectively.Compared with photographs of optical paths inside two sa mples.The experimental results show that 45°-cut sample not only had more larg e phase conjugtion reflectivity than 0°-cut sample,but also had more broad bou ndary of incident angle.The experimental results and phenomena had been analyzed appropriately.
