摘要
工程理念是关于工程存在总体性特征的理性认识,是人们从工程活动中不断总结和升华的实践智慧。作为工程活动顶层设计的灵魂,工程理念通过"概念设计"等方式形成具有路径依赖特征的工程造物模式。工程理念具有鲜明的主体依赖性、时空依赖性和层次性,是规律、价值和情境的统一。
The engineering idea is the rational understanding of the overall characteristics of engineering. It's the practical wisdom from engineering activities. As the soul of top-level design engineering, the engineering idea forms the creation mode with the characteristics of path dependence. Engineering idea is not only the regular rules, but also has distinctive subjectivity and spacetime characteristics and the character of structure hierarchy. It is the integration of law, value and situation.
