摘要
工程实际施工过程中存在着随机、模糊、中介等多种不确定性 ,应用集对分析关于确定不确定性系统的理论和联系数 ,对网络计划中遇到的不确定性开展分类分析。
There are many uncertainties in the process of putting a project in practice, such as stochastic, fuzzy, unknown and unexpected incident uncertainty etc. By using the uncertainty theory of set pair analysis, this paper gives the classifying method of uncertainty in network planning based on IDC(Identity-Discrepancy-Contrary) connection number and analyzes their relationship among these uncertainties. The results in the paper provide a brand-new idea for managing and controlling the network planning in the uncertainty environment.\;
