摘要 为了确定高密度脂蛋 白胆固醇直接测定法的可靠性,本文对其原理和技术性能的评价作了综述。大部份评价者确认:直接法的精密度优于沉淀法,CV能达到NCEP≤4%的目标,总误差亦能达到≤13%的目标。直接法测得的结果分别与RM,DCM和PTA法比较,大部份评价均有良好相关,r≤0.97。直接法将有利于心血管病危险增高个体的筛选。 The evaluation of technology property for HDL-C direct assay methods was reported synthetically in order to confirm reliability of these methods Most results of e-valuations verified that the precision of direct methods was better than that of the precipita-tion methods, it's total CV met the NCEP goal of ≤4% issued by NCEP, and total error of the direct methods slso achieved the NCEP goal of ≤13%. The HDL-C values determined by direct methods correlated well with those by RM, DCM and PTA, respectively, r≥0. 97 for most of evaluations. The direct methods will advance signif icant!y the screening of individu- als at increased risk for cardiovascular dis-ease.
