摘要
随着自然资源不断的开发利用,可用的资源越来越少,资源再生与循环利用问题日显突出,而回收物流的效率与效益直接影响资源再生利用的数量与质量。首先在文献研究的基础上,对我国回收物流的现状进行了阐述,提出了在回收物流过程中存在的一系列问题,这些问题包括:缺乏回收物流的理念及规范管理、废品回收率低及处理技术落后等问题;同时,还对当前存在的这些问题提出了相应的改进措施,具体对策包括:增强环保的意识、实行持证上岗,倡导承担社会责任、提倡诚信经营、完善立法、建立激励机制;树立标杆管理、构建信息平台、采用条形码技术,培养物流人才、引进先进技术和回收物流外包等;最后进行了展望,并提出了今后的研究方向。
With the exploitation and utilization of natural resources, available resources are less and less, and resources regeneration and recycling problems are increasing prominent. Especially, the quantity and quality of resources recycling are influenced directly by the efficiency and effectiveness of the returned logistics. Based on literature research, the current status of our country＇s recycling logistics is described firstly, and the existed problems are also put forward, such as, lack of the concept of returned logistics and regulations, low waste recovery rate, and backward processing technology, and so on. Furthermore, we put forward the following corresponding improvement measures, including enhancing environmental protection consciousness, implementing the related certificate, advocating social responsibility, advocating the faith management, perfecting the legislation, establishing incentive mechanism, playing a good effect by benchmarking management, constructing information platform, using barcode technology, cultivating logistics talents, introducing advanced technology and recycling logistics outsourcing, etc. Finally, we discuss the future research direction.
