右侧乳腺隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 女,33岁。于4年前产后发现右乳外侧直径约1.0cm肿物,未觉增长。2012年8月20日以右乳积乳囊肿收治入院。体检：双乳对称,乳头正常,无溢液,右乳正外侧、距乳头6.0cm处可触及一大小约1.2cm×1.0cm肿物,质硬,表面光滑,边界清晰,椭圆形,触痛明显,活动可;双腋下双锁骨区未及明确肿大淋巴结。钼铑双靶X线片示：右乳腺体混合型,外侧腺体稍增厚,未见具体肿块及钙化（见图1）,
