摘要
目的:探讨后腹腔镜在泌尿系统疾病中的应用。方法:采用后腹腔镜完成20例肾上腺肿瘤切除术,36例肾囊肿去顶术。结果:56例患者全部获得成功,无明显并发症。住院时间6～9 d,平均7 d。结论:后腹腔镜手术具有微创、出血少、恢复快、安全有效、住院时间短等优点,为肾上腺肿瘤和肾囊肿首选的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in operation of urology. Method 56 patients had ret- roperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. 20 cases had adrenal tumor excision, 18cases had renal cyst excision. Results All the operations were suc- cessful in 56 cases patients, and had no complications. The post - operational hospital stay was 6 - 9days with a mean of 7 days. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic urology has the advantages of minimal invasion, safety and feasibility, post - operation early resumption and shorter hospital stay, it should be considered as the first choice for the adrenal neoplasms and renal cysts.
